We help our clients achieve their desired outcome and put into practice the required tools and procedures. In this approach we will be much more hands on, walking side by side with you bringing our own expertise to the table and utilizing our skills to help optimize yours.

Program Development

We will walk beside you and your organization as you begin to ideate and implement new programming. In this 18 month connection you will receive: 1:1 coaching for the program supervisor or executive, human centered design thinking sessions, strategic planning for the new program and its organizational alignment, create measurable goals, and receive our assistance in the first year of implementation.

Community Engagement: Building Trust in your Community

Beginning with a thorough listening tour in the community and within your organization we will establish a clear community narrative of your organization. Discovering pain points, areas of growth, and established trust. Included in this 12-18 month connection we will provide: 1:1 coaching with your community manager, 5 workshops for your selected staff members, and assistance in at least one community engagement initiative with a post-mortem to wrap it up.
