Clients will conduct a community engagement audit, evaluate past and present initiatives, learn the THRIVE Community Engagement Framework, establish common language and values, and create a new plan for their community engagement practices.

Teams will grow in their self-awareness, establish clear expectations, learn healthy communication, and build trust based relationships. This framework is ideal for new teams wanting to get off on the right foot, or teams that are not meeting their standards.

for well performing teams who want to breakthrough to the next level. After running a performance diagnostic, teams will diminish limiting beliefs, establish clear objectives, eliminate wasted time, and learn to develop more leaders.
