• 5 Voices Bootcamp

  • helps leaders and teams discover their leadership voice and be empowered to use it effectively. This work sets the foundation for individuals to operate in their own voice and learn to value the voices of others.

• Human Centered Design Thinking

  • will introduce the principles of human-centered design thinking and give teams the opportunity to apply them to their own work. Teams will have a better understanding of how to design products and services that are truly people-centered.

• Mastering Effective Communication

  • helps teams understand the different styles of communication and how to respond to each style. Team members learn how to crack the communication code between themselves and others.

• Community Engagement 101

  • the “Community Engagement 101” workshop will provide participants with the skills and knowledge they need to begin building trust with their community by adding a new level of intentionality and core principles for community engagement.

• Get on Board!

  • reignites momentum in the board room. This workshop helps establish organizational alignment, discover the board’s collective strength, gives insight into the value each individual brings, and begins to create base level understanding necessary to make organizational decisions.
